Yuri Ushakov

Yuri Viktorovich Ushakov (Russian: Юрий Викторович Ушаков; born 13 March 1947) is a Russian diplomat who has served as the aide to the president of Russia on foreign policy issues since 2012. From 1998 to 2008, he was the Russian ambassador to the United States.
